Cancellation Policy

Written confirmation must be received in our office by the times specified below if you wish to cancel your Wedding/Event. Due to the extensive amount of preparation involved in planning our cancellation policy is as follows:

• All cancellations received 60 days before the wedding/event date will be refunded in full less a $350 service fee.
• All cancellations received 30 days before the wedding/event date will be refunded 50% of their package.
• All cancellations received 15 days or less before the wedding/event date, there will be no refund.
• This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the island where the wedding/event will take place.

Privacy Policy

The personal information we obtain from clients such as name, phone number, email address, mailing address, billing information is for the sole purpose of providing services described on this website.

All GrandeGarden client account information is strictly confidential and is held between the company and its clients only. We do not sell or share our customer list with 3rd parties.
