Cancellation Policy

Written confirmation must be received in our office by the times specified below if you wish to cancel your Wedding/Event. Due to the extensive amount of preparation involved in planning our cancellation policy is as follows:

• All cancellations received 60 days before the wedding/event date will be refunded in full less a $350 service fee.
• All cancellations received 30 days before the wedding/event date will be refunded 50% of their package.
• All cancellations received 15 days or less before the wedding/event date, there will be no refund.
• This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the island where the wedding/event will take place.
